The Cause And Countermeasures Of The Violence In The CBA League Match Are Studied

CBA League as one of our tournament basketball tournament,after20 years of development has become China's most influential basketball league.With the gradual growth of the CBA league,the ensuing violent events are more and more,the violent events in the game affect the harmonious atmosphere of the game while also interfering with the continuation of the game,and also damage the CBA league Health image,more serious will lead to serious harm to social order.In this paper,the CBA violent events in the last ten seasons of the CBA league and the methods of violence were studied.The paper analyzes the violent events of the stadium by means of literature,expert interview,video observation,comparative study and data analysis.This paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of the violence in the CBA stadium.The causes of the violence in the CBA are mainly: league factors,stadium factors,player factors,fan factors,referee factors and media factors.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the violence of the stadium at the present stage,and put forward the combination of the three aspects of the prevention of the source of the incident,the control of the process and the protection after the game.In view of the characteristics of CBA stadium violence,the article puts forward relevant management methods and suggestions from six aspects: CBA league itself,operation and management of game site,management of players,management of fans,management of referees and management of mass media.From the CBA league,we should strengthen the guidance and restraint of the CBA club,according to China's national conditions and then learn from foreign mature management system to improve the organizational structure of China's league,while the brawl incidentplayers legal sanctions.From the stadium management,the court should improve the hardware facilities and software facilities,enhance service awareness,strengthen the security work,on-site staff should guide the fans civilization spectators,for the game to create a good atmosphere.From the players,should strengthen the player's ideological and cultural education and professional ethics,and further improve the player management system.From the fans,to guide the fans civilization spectator,for the game of uncivilized fans should be introduced the appropriate penalties for the fans to the players abuse and beating behavior of the law to restrain.From the referee,the training of professional referees,the referee for professional management,the referee equipment to upgrade,to real-time transparent sanctions;to referee sanctions more authoritative and fair.From the media,the mass media to truthfully publish the stadium information,rather than deliberately discredit a team and players,but also for the stadium violence to open up the column,there are reports.Thereby increasing the transparency and fairness of the violence in the stadium.
