A Comparative Study On The Application Of Big Data Between NBA And CBA

In this paper,using the method of literature,comparative analysis,expert interviews,logical analysis on NBA and CBA League big data process of historical development,data collection and processing,data analysis,data processing staff,big data mining and use of these aspects were studied,and the various aspects of comparison,finds out the deficiency of CBA data existing in the application process,proposes targeted coping strategies.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The application of NBA big data is very mature.NBA forms a large database with comprehensive statistical indexes and reasonable data structure.NBA uses SportVU systems,HANA platforms,wearable devices,FreeD technology,and playback centers to collect and process game and training data.The analysis of data forms four analysis systems,which are SportVU data analysis system,fine grained high-level statistical analysis system,visual data information system and video recording analysis system.There are plenty of data analysts and many professional data analysts and video analysts.The data analyst uses the scientific analysis method to excavate the data,applies the mining result to each aspect of NBA,effectively promotes the NBA league level,and promotes the development of NBA alliance.(2)The application of CBA big data is in the initial stage.From 1995 system reform to now,after more than 20 years of development,CBA database preliminary shape.The collection and processing of the data are based on field technical statistics and video recording,and data analysis and video analysis software are used to analyze the game video.Basic staff related to big data processing can meet the needs of professional data analysts,and most of them are analyzed by video analysts.China basketball coaches team and the importance of data level uneven,severely limits the data in the CBA application,the CBA and the overall level of attention can not be effectively improved.(3)The application of CBA big data is of great significance to the coaches,athletes,spectators and the improvement of the overall level of CBA.But compared with the NBA data,CBA data has many problems in the application process are:data accumulation was not large enough to deepen the statistical indicators of statistical data,process is not standardized,serious waste of resources,data analysis technology is not comprehensive,the degree of attention is not high enough,independent research and development consciousness is weak,the lack of professional personnel and professional equipment and software.(4)Face many problems can be solved from the following aspects:strengthening the construction of the CBA database,complete historical data,deepen the research of statistical indicators,statistical process specification,provides convenient data query port;modified large data collection methods,the official statistics and the team statistics be made one;strengthen the data analysis of talent the culture,actively attract talent for the League services;improve the relevant system,support and restraint in policy;increase capital investment,the introduction of advanced equipment and software,adhere to independent research and development of the Internet;seize development opportunities,strengthen cooperation with the Internet agency.
