| Subject:The enhanced activation effect(postactivation potentiation)refers to one-time largest or maximum power load time explosive performance improved phenomenon.The effect of PAP is affected by the relative power quality.Research purpose: to explore the enhanced effect of different relative power levels of the athletes after activation of differences,further analyzes the role of muscle strength in the activation effect.Research significance,the research conclusion will help PAP effect better applied to the actual training and competition,to improve athletic performance and training effect,and explosive force training for sports pre-match warm-up activity of traditional arrange to provide theoretical and practical significance.Methods: in Beijing sport university athletics sports school 40 different relative power levels of the athletes(age 18 ± 2,height 178.1 ± 6.5 to 13.5 ± 5.2),body fat as test object,with 80% 1 RM * 5 after the squat as activation effect induced by load,start Mega Win program to look at the neuromuscular characteristics,and smart speed of motor performance testing.Results:(1)the PAP after induction,relative strength and glutes,medial muscle rectus,shares,the standardization of the tibialis anterior muscle integral electrical correlation is very significant(P < 0.01);(2)the PAP after induction,the relative strength and glutes,vastus lateralis muscle and gastrocnemius root-mean-square amplitude correlation is very significant(P < 0.01),(3)the relative power in the PAP has significant effects on jump performance after induction(P < 0.05).(4)the relative power in the PAP has a significant influence on 30 meters results after induction(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 1,the enhanced effect of relative strength athletes after activation.2,after the enhanced effect of activation has increased with the increase of relative power gradually increasing trend.3,relative strength is greater than 1.75 can induce stronger after activation increase phenomenon. |
