With the increasingly fierce competition in competitive sports, some new strength training methods and means represented by functional strength training and core strength training have begun to rise around the world.Single-leg support training has attracted lots of attention of athletes and coaches. The training effect of single leg support training and leg support training on lower limb muscles is still controversial. In view of this,in order to explore the different stimulation effects between the leg support training method and the single leg support training method on the lower limb muscles, this study uses myoelectricity as entry point, and has selected the typical representative of the leg support training method-traditional squat and the typical representative of single leg support training method the Bulgarian Lunge Squats to do a comparative study.Sixteen male students from the physical education classes from 2017 grade of the Inner Mongolia Normal University of Physical education were selected as the research subjects to test the electromyographic activity of the body and 8 muscles of lower limbs(the soleus muscle, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and erector spinae)under three kinds of load(bodyweight,bare-hand,30% RM and60% RM)in two squat ways,ad to tidy and calculate the RMS and iEMG in different modes, then to perform mathematical statistics on the obtained data.First,to analysis the influence on myoelectricity on the surface of human muscle groups by squat ways and bear load these two factors from the holistic perspective. Then to variation analysis the influence on myoelectricity on the surface of human muscle groups by two squat ways and three kinds of loads respectively. The research results are as follows:(1)Load is the main factor affecting the degree of muscle involvement during squatting. The muscle RMS value increases with the increase of weight.Squat method is the secondary factor that affects the degree of muscle involvement during squatting. The interaction of load and squat method has less effect on the degree of muscle involvement in squats.(2)Without considering the interaction between the squat method and the load,The Bulgarian lunge squats and deep squat have little difference in the overall stimulation of all tested muscles, but there is a significant difference in the stimulation of specific muscles.Which is,The Bulgarian lunge squats has a greater stimulation to the posterior muscles of the legs(biceps, soleus muscles)and buttocks(gluteus maximus, gluteus medius),while deep squats has a greater stimulation to the anterior muscles of the legs(the rectus femoris, the medial femoral muscle, the lateral femoral muscle)and the erector spinae.(3)For bodyweight squat, because the support leg has supported most of the body's weight, the Bulgarian lunge squats are more irritating to all tested muscles. At 30% RM load, the Bulgarian lunge squats has a better stimulating effect on the lower extremity gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and deeper small muscle groups of the lower extremities, while deep squats are better at stimulating other tested muscles. At 60% RM weight, when the Bulgarian lunge squat is paralyzed, the biceps femoris shows stronger activity in order to maintain body balance, and the muscle force pattern changes.Other tested muscles appear similar discharge trend under two ways of squats. There is no significant difference statistically.(4)At the increasing load power 0%-60% RM of exercises, the lunge squat has a greater stimulation on six tested muscle(erectorspinae, biceps femoris, rectus femoris, shares lateralis muscle, soleus muscle and vastus medialis)under lower load.As the load increases, the intensity of deep squats on muscle stimulation begins to increase,so as the degree of muscle activation increases. When the load reached to a certain extent, the stimulation on the muscle increases under the Bulgarian lunge squat;and themuscles reach to a similar discharge level at higher loads. As for the stimulation to gluteus medius and gluteus maximus, the Bulgaria lunge squat is better than deep squat at the increasing load of 0%-60%RM,the stimulating effect tends to close as the load increases.
