Core training has attracted much attention from athletes and coaches, and research on the role of abdominal breathing in core areas is relatively rare.Abdominal breathing training has important functions and meanings in traditional Chinese sports training.Modern training views believe that abdominal breathing exercises can relax the deep muscles of the respiratory muscles and increase the amplitude of intercostal muscles. The purpose is to strengthen the stability of the body's pillars. Thus,a good coordinated movement of local stable muscle groups such as the abdominal muscles, multifidus muscles, pelvic floor muscles, and erector spinae muscles can be formed, thereby realizing the stability of the body pillars and improving the energy transmission effect in the core area.Emphasizing the regulation and control of breathing during the movement training process has an important role in activating the core muscles of the human body and coordinating the overall completion of the human body.Exploring the characteristics and rules of abdominal breathing and movement exercises can improve the relevant theories of motor training and motor learning(Motor learning and control)on the one hand, and can help to correctly guide physical education and physical training on the other. The purpose of this study is to study the effects of abdominal breathing intervention training on posture preparation and movement completion in the core area of squat movements.Through the literature data method, experimental method, mathematical analysis method, logical analysis method,etc.,20 sports training majors of Hebei Normal University were trained. The students conducted 12 weeks of training and research, and obtained the changes and characteristics of abdominal electromyography in the core region related electromyography. The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)With the changing load, abdominal breathing can not only affect the barbell squat muscle participation, but also affect the activation of some muscles.(2)In the posture preparation phase, abdominal muscle intervention has no significant effect on core muscle groups under no-load conditions, and abdominal muscle intervention has effects on certain muscle groups in core areas under load conditions.(3)During the action phase,it is easier to change the activation level and strength of the muscle groups in the core area of the waist and abdomen with abdominal breathing intervention, and it is easier to change the activation level and strength of the muscle groups in the core area of the lower limbs without abdominal breathing intervention.(4)The intervention of abdominal breathing has an influence on the timing of muscle activation. In the experimental group, the rectus abdominis muscle and the external oblique muscle were activated first at 30% RM,and the rectus abdominis muscle, external oblique muscle, and lumbar spine muscle were activated first at 60% RM.In the control group, the rectus femoris and biceps femoris were activated first at 0% RM and30% RM,and the erector spinae muscles were activated first at 60% RM.
