"Speaking Lessons" is a comprehensive form of basic teaching skills of teachers,not only in the teacher qualification exam,exam preparation of teachers,is an important part of teachers in special post examination form,but also in Teachers' teaching and research,and also played the title appraisal teachers' basic skills competition plays an important role.In this paper,the higher sports colleges and universities in Beijing to carry out the activities of "Speaking Lessons" as the research object,through the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method to get the relevant information and data for statistical analysis by Excel,to carry out the necessity of "Speaking Lessons" activities of Sports Colleges and universities in Beijing,students of the "Speaking Lessons" cognition and the demand and the Beijing area sports colleges and universities "Speaking Lessons" activities carried out,find out the problems existing in the process,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to "Speaking Lessons" to better carry out activities in sports colleges in Beijing area,improve the students' ability of "Speaking Lessons",and other institutions" Provide some reference for the development of the "Speaking Lessons" activities.The results show that: "Speaking Lessons" is a comprehensive form of basic teaching skills of teachers,and the Beijing Sport University and the Capital University of Physical Education and Sports as an important training unit of teachers of physical education,it is necessary to pre service training stage through a variety of ways,to enable students to master the "Speaking Lessons".The students mainly learned lessons through the school curriculum learning and teachers' qualification exam,but the students of "Speaking Lessons" knowledge and understanding of the degree is not high.Students to participate in the "Speaking Lessons" in the school the opportunity not much.Most of the students surveyed said after graduation job intention for PE teachers,students of the "Speaking Lessons" the ability to develop the status quo satisfaction is not high,to learn and master the "lessons" desire is higher.From the practice of teaching,education,"the three ways about" game,the Beijing Sport University and the Capital University of Physical Education and Sports to understand the "Speaking Lessons" activities,found that two sports colleges do not offer special "Speaking Lessons" courses,only the "Speaking Lessons" part of the content added to the education,school physical education,physical education teaching materials methods and other related courses,the courses related to teachers free arrangements,the content is simple,strong randomness.In teaching practice,the lack of specific "Speaking Lessons" training measures,only students are required to submit a "releases" after the end of the internship,and submit the "releases" the quality is not high.Two colleges and universities almost There has been no contest of "speaking lessons".The school should pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability to teach physical lessons,and put the training of "speaking lessons ability" into the curriculum teaching,teaching practice,"Speaking Lessons" competition,employment guidance and other aspects.
