Quo Status And Cultivation Of Teacher's Qualification For Ice Sports On Sports Colleges In Beijing

With Beijing winning the right to host the 24 th Winter Olympic Games in 2022 in 2015,ice and snow sports have gradually become the focus of sports in the surrounding areas of the capital,and are increasingly concerned and loved by the public.More and more people are beginning to recognize this sport and actively participate in it.At the same time,the government has constantly issued incentive policies to promote the popularization and development of ice and snow sports,which urgently needs the support of a large number of ice and snow sports-related talents,especially ice and snow sports teachers.Faced with the huge talent gap,in addition to the introduction of talents,it is more necessary to rely on local resources in Beijing to train relevant talents.Beijing Sports Colleges and Universities need to undertake an important task of talent training.However,there are still many problems to be solved urgently because of the short time for the establishment of ice and snow sports specialty.By investigating the relevant literature,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and logical analysis,this paper takes Capital University of Physical Education and Sports and Beijing College of Sports as the key research objects,and summarizes the existing problems in the process of training ice and snow sports teachers from the aspects of specialty setting,training program,curriculum system,enrollment situation,teachers' strength,venues and students' interests.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of ice and snow sports teachers' training in Beijing Sports College.The specific conclusions and suggestions are as follows:1.At present,the enrollment scale of snow and ice sports teachers in Beijing Sports Colleges and universities is small,which can not meet the market demand;2.In terms of the training objectives of ice and snow sports major in Beijing Sports Colleges and universities,some majors are not clear,which can not highlight the characteristics of ice and snow major,and there is a phenomenon of sharing the same training objectives with non ice and snow majors;3.There are some problems in the construction of curriculum system of ice and snow sports teachers in Beijing physical education institutions,such as unreasonable curriculum setting,lack of ice and snow courses,lack of ice and snow elective courses,and lack of practice and investigation of ice and snow majors;4.There are still some deficiencies in the training conditions of ice and snow sports professionals in Beijing physical education institutions,such as insufficient investment,lack of teaching venues and teachers of ice and snow sports;5.The students of ice and snow sports major in Beijing sports university can master certain ice and snow professional skills and theoretical knowledge after the training of relevant professional courses of the school,and most of the students are more inclined to continue to engage in the work of this major after graduation.At the same time,ice and snow Enterprises also recognize the ice and snow sports talents who have been systematically studied,and their employment prospects and The culture effect is good.
