Research On The Social Work Service Of Migrant Family Housewives

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the migration of population has become increasingly active.At the same time,the floating population shows a new trend of change,and the population flow gradually changes from individual pendulum-style flow to family-based migration.In the married new generation of floating population,nearly 90% of the couple flow together,live together.In our core family,the female group not only bear the family role,but also bear the social role.For a variety of reasons,part of the migrant population of the family of female groups,active or passive to choose a new role,become a full-time housewives of migrant families.In the case of professional women and ordinary housewives.How to provide more social support for full-time housewives of migrant families is worthy of our research.Based on the social support theory and the ecosystems theory,this paper uses the research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,participatory observation,interview method and so on.Based on the Warm Harbor Project of N Community In Shenzhen,this paper evaluates the demand of the project,Case studies,case studies of groups and activities,summing up the assessment of the project,analyzing the problems in the project,drawing on the social work services of the full-time housewives of the migrant family,and providing a service for the social work to explore the full-time family of migrant families Applications.
