In the 21 st century,Full-time housewives,as a part of the Female Groups,are a special group and are gradually into people's vision range.The Full-time Newly-married Young women were played much attention about their living conditions and their group characteristics.Some objective difficulties,such as the limitation of social contacts and the lack of economic resources in accompany with the higher of education level and thought of equality between men and women,have resulted in the role maladjustment,low self-evaluation,and women's interests ignored and sacrificed for full-time young housewives.We have learned that the ambiguous role cognition,the inconclusive role learning and the unreasonable role expectation have existed in the role adaptation of housewives for the Newly-married young Women.Based on prvious literature with the role theory,the family communication theory and social support network,we confirmed the object of group work by the questionnaire survey method,the case interview and recruiting online in the thesis.By carrying out social work practice,we deeply surveyed and researched problems and status about the role of adaption of housewives for the newly-married young women.Furthermore,we help full-time young housewives to recognize correctly self-role,deal with mental issues,enlarge social communication,restore their self-confidence and promote self and social coordinated development by developing some group activities.The author hopes this study could arouse concern on full-time young housewives,and make related opinions and suggestions about institution supply,social sense,self-value of women to provide a reference for selection and development of female social work in pratical operation and theorectical knowledge in future.
