"Full-time housewife" is the emergence of the field in recent years, our family more a new phenomenon, as a group,"full-time wife" are gradually into people’s vision range. There has not been specifically adapted from the perspective of the role of full-time housewife studies undertaken. This study is an extension study.For full-time housewife, from working women into housewives, individuals can be said that a major shift in career, personal life in order and have a significant psychological impact. Relative to professional women, full-time housewives narrow circle of social contacts, social activities to reduce, the lack of economic resources, social activities and evaluation system of the single women themselves have negative effects, resulting in low self-evaluation, mental activity to reduce to women’s interests are ignored, and sacrifice. The same as a modern woman of them, in the new era of information technology background and a great change of life today, what will the role of characteristics of different groups, as it should be an important topic of concern of sociology. I used qualitative research methods to explore women from working women to full-time housewife’s role, what role they had been expected; changes in the environment, the role of adaptation brought in to adapt to different levels occurred during the conflict of roles; appear The three states to adapt to the role:to adapt well, some (not) to adapt, not suited to the role. I found through case studies, many factors affect the fit:the individual level: growth environment, level of education. Social dimension:social policy and legal support. This paper presents the process of adaptation and through, analyze the factors that influence for social work practice and provide a basis for theoretical studies. Finally, from the women themselves, the level of social policy on the promotion of women’s personal and family harmony recommendations.I believe that, through the female perspective to capture "full-time housewife" from working women to housewives change their delicate inner, true feelings, be able to study gender roles in marriage and family and provide a unique perspective to analyze their role to adapt to the situation, to understand the women’s real needs of the community to give practical reference work, to help in the broader field of improving women’s social status and quality of life.
