The problem of kindergarten teachers' concerns is the most concerned problem in the teaching and learning of kindergarten teachers.Understanding the issues they are most concerned about,and finding out the practical needs of kindergarten teachers is helpful to help kindergarten teachers to improve their professional development.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation,characteristics and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' problems.Based on the questionnaire of kindergarten teachers' concerns in Zhang Shiyi,a total of 8 kindergarten teachers in the Tianjin area of the six districts were distributed to conduct a survey of the study of 220.Combined with interviews,we analyze the factors that affect the attention of kindergarten Teachers.According to the survey results,combined with the knowledge and literature review,this study forward some suggestions to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers,in order to better promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.The results of this study indicate that:1.Kindergarten teachers' concerns of relationships with colleague and parent,administration and policy,task,children and oneself all have high attention,the overall level is high,and is not a normal distribution of middle two small,but has left skewness.2.There is no statistically significant among teachers in different age,seniority,and professional title on the five kinds of teachers' concerns.3.There are significant differences in teachers' concerns of oneself among different educated kindergarten teachers.Further study of the undergraduate and graduate education of kindergarten teachers than the junior college teachers of kindergarten teachers of self concern increased significantly,further training helps to improve the professional development of kindergarten teachers.4.Kindergarten teachers in different age classes have significant differences in the concerns of management and policy,compared to kindergarten teachers and small classes,small classes in kindergarten teachers attention to management and policy significantly increased.5.There are significant differences in the concerns of kindergarten teachers in different kindergarten.The significance is mainly reflected in the kindergarten for the suburbs,private kindergarten teachers,kindergarten for the urban areas,public kindergarten teachers pay more attention to teaching.6.Kindergarten teachers' concerns have complicated changes,and in contrast to questionnaire statistics and interviews,there are conflicts of "subjective" and"objective".7.Kindergarten teachers' concerns are influenced by personal factors,organizational factors,work environment factors,social factors and other factors.
