Pre-school education is an important part of basic education.For a long time,pre-school education is the weakest part of our school education.The most important way to promote the development of preschool education is to improve the professional level of kindergarten teachers.In order to improve the professional level of kindergarten teachers in China,construct a high level of kindergarten teachers,the Ministry of Education in 2012 promulgated the "kindergarten teacher professional standards(Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as "professional standards"),put forward 62 specific,detailed requirements to professional kindergarten teachers around three fields and fourteen areas."Professional standards" is the specific requirements for "qualified" kindergarten teachers,and the important reference for the training access,and other important work."Professional standards" promulgated 5 years,how the level of professional development of our preschool teacher? Does it meet the requirements for "qualified" kindergarten teachers? The author concerns this problem.In this study,teachers' professional development theory,kindergarten teachers' professional characteristics and "professional standards" are theoretical basis.The three dimensions of "professional standard" is the research frame,combined with the situation of kindergarten work,draw up the "questionnaire".Through random sampling,look into 201 kindergarten teachers form different areas in Suzhou.Using Spss.analyze the development status of teachers' professional.Based on data analysis results,interview five kindergarten teachers in-depth,to further explore the current kindergarten teachers' professional development problems and affect the professional development of kindergarten teachers' factors.The author's research results show that: most of Kindergarten Teacher are young,shorter teaching,college education,majority of Kindergarten Teacher are pre-school education and have teachers qualification certificate;For professional philosophy and ethics,the attitude of early childhood care is better,but in the attitude of children and personal self-cultivation have deviation;In professional knowledge,early childhood development knowledge,natural science knowledge is better,Early childhood education and education knowledge is lacking;In the professional ability,environment setting and using,education activities planning and implementation,incentives and evaluation are better,but lack of the organization of children's daily life and conservation,play activities support and guidance,communication and cooperation,development and reflection.Through the analysis of the differences,shows that professional development of Kindergarten Teachers is related to the age of teachers,age,profession,education,whether teachers have a certificate,whether they have participated in training and whether they know "professional standards".The author suggests that the education administrative department should establish a strict system for the admission of kindergarten teachers on the basis of "professional standards",improve the quality of training for in-depth kindergarten teachers,improve the treatment of kindergarten teachers,and strengthen the supervision and support of private kindergartens;Infant normal school pay attention to kindergarten teachers' professional philosophy and ethics education,improve the training programs,attention to education practice;Kindergarten should pay attention to study the "professional standards",clear the work requirements,and provide relevant training.Kindergarten teachers should actively make their own professional development plan,take participate in various training activities to enhance the professional level.
