Teacher professional development is a dynamic process.This research was designed to study the decision making's differences between expert and novice teachers during three stages of teaching: planning stage,interactive stage and reflection stage,and find out the influences of these factors.For the improvement of teacher's teaching decision-making ability put farword some suggestions,Promote the novice teacher's professional development.According to the research problem,Three expert teachers and three novice teeachers in primary school became the research subjects.Data was collected from multiple sources,observations and.The research claims:During the planning stage,For teaching plan form,most of expert teachers teaching plan in mind,the novice teachers requires the lesson plan the carrier of the teaching plan;Expert teachers' teaching goal design is more comprehensive than novice teachers,pay attention to the all-round development of students;The arrangement of the teaching content more than novice teachers meet the needs of the students.During the interactive stage,Compared with the novice teachers and expert teachers experience,in the mind has a lot of conventional and case,rich teaching practice wisdom,can make a proper teaching decisions faster;Teaching methods decision-making expert teachers can,according to choose the proper teaching methods,teaching contents and learning novice teachers teaching smoothly,more reliable method of teaching such as teaching method is used;Teaching skills,decision-making,expert teachers to be able to better use of lesson guide and end,will use a variety of incentives skills;Classroom discipline management decision-making,intjs can according to different students take different teaching decisions,and carry on deep analysis of the causes,the novice teachers often to teaching smoothly,to ignore the behavior decision,made no reason analysis.During the reflection stage,From the perspective of the form of evaluation,the expert teachers used to evaluate anytime and anywhere,novice teachers habit to evaluate on the lesson plan;From the perspective of the content of evaluation,the expert teachers more from the perspective of students' evaluation of the whole class,novice teachers more from their own point of evaluation of the whole class;And evaluation of profundity,compared with the novice teachers,this paper analyzes the causes of expert teachers on the teaching events and Suggestions for improvement are put forward.The main impacts on novice and expert teacher' decision making differences mainly have three: teacher's beliefs,teacher's knowledge and Teaching professional ethics,which included curriculum knowledge,general pedagogical knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge.In order to improve novice teacher's ability of decision making and improve teacher professional development,this research puts forward some suggestions: First,improve the system of teachers beliefs;Second,The improvement of teachers' teaching decision-making knowledge and ability,enriching the knowledge system,and development of teachers' practical intelligence;Third,collective teaching decision promote each other,including to carry out the lesson with heterogeneous exchange collective lesson preparation and schools to establish mentorship training mode,etc.
