Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the subjects in the knowledge,structure,content and evaluation,and so has a great breakthrough,more closely linked between the disciplines,curriculum content and more closely follow the pace of the times.In the 21 st century,art accomplishment has become an indispensable quality for the complex talents of society.Primary and secondary art education is a universal,civilians of quality education,this quality education is the non-intellectual factors of students training and development behavior.The concept of quality education has gradually become the consensus of the whole society,at the same time,has become one of the fundamental principles of China's education.However,the status quo of art education,which has always been in the category of "vice-class",is still not optimistic.In particular,the problems and drawbacks of art education in rural primary and secondary schools are more prominent,such as the backwardness of art education,the single teaching mode,the low professional quality of teachers,Evaluation system is not scientific and so on.In a very long period of time,a considerable part of the rural primary and secondary school art courses have not yet fully implemented in place.In the one-sided pursuit of enrollment rate and under the influence of the traditional teaching model,rural primary and secondary art education has not really become an important part of basic education.To improve the status quo of rural primary and secondary art education must start from the reality of rural areas to improve the rural students' aesthetic ability and painting level.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese art education and the theory of western art education,this paper explores the problems and countermeasures in the art education of rural primary schools in Jilin Province.It aims to promote the improvement of the level of fine arts education in primary schools and the promotion of art disciplines.The paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research,combs and analyzes the related research situation at home and abroad,explores the theoretical foundation of Chinese and foreign art education,paves the way for the empirical analysis,the second chapter analyzes the background of the new curriculum The development of art education,including the goal of the primary school art education,the nature,teaching philosophy and principles,teaching materials system,etc.,confirmed that primary school art education in our country has been paid attention to compulsory education,highlighting the backwardness of rural art education concept;In the third chapter,the research methods of questionnaire survey are used to analyze the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching process and teacher level of rural primary schools in Jilin Province,taking the case of rural primary schools in Nong'an,Dehui and Jiutai of Jilin Province as the investigation cases.The article analyzes the main problems of teaching education,teaching facilities,teachers' strength and evaluation system in the primary school education of primary schools in Jilin Province,China.The fifth chapter is aimed at the art education of rural primary schools in Jilin Province.Of the various problems given targeted solutions and recommendations.
