In the 21st century, the problem of "sannong" is the key to build all-around well-off society, which is the theme of China development. However, the main problem of "sannong" is the problem of farmer. The low level of farmer's quality will influence the development of rural area and themselves. The rural education is the main way to improve farmer's quality and cultivate the farmers with knowledge, skills and business intelligence that will supply the human resource insurance for the new socialism rural area. So it has necessity and important meaning to study the problems of rural education.This paper is based on the science views of development, under the background of urban and rural development with harmony, takes the all-around well-off society building as the core, and cultivate the farmers with knowledge, skill and business intelligence as a goal to discuss the problems of the rural education. The paper includes five parts as followed:The first part is the foreword; it includes the problem suggesting, the summary of literature, the theory, definition and the method.The second part is to introduce the experience of abroad and domestic education reform, which will be better analysis for the next part.The third part is the present situation and existing problems of rural education in Jilin province. Some problems of rural education development are proposed through the description of the current situation of rural education .The problems of k-12 education as followed: The education funds are not available in time, the low level of recognition to the k-12 education, the big deference between city and rural area. The problems of the vocational education: Farmers are indifference to the vocational training. The courses of vocational education do not meet the demand of farmers and employment market. The vocational school is weak to serve well for the "sannong". Education funds are not enough. The problems of the adult education: Farmers are lack of recognition to the rural adult education. The teaching content needs more flexibility. The rural adult education institution is not perfect.The fourth part is the countermeasure of rural education. The countermeasure of the k-12 education: to build the secure mechanism of education funds, innovate the idea of rural education and perfect the education mechanism, and harmonize the development of urban and rural education to increase the fairness of education. The countermeasure of the vocational education: to build a perfect system of vocational education and adjust the major in time, combine with the rural reality to cultivate farmers with knowledge, skills and business intelligence, hold various forms of vocational education, and increase the input of education funds. The countermeasure of rural adult education: giving large publicity of rural education, strengthening the management and building a qualified teaching staff, building a flexibility teaching mode.The fifth part is the conclusion. Give the complete summary of this paper and put forward some views.
