The development of school physical education an important role for China to become a sports power plays, the rural school physical education is an important part of the development of school sports in China, many studies show that, our country rural school sports development is relatively backward, so the development of rural school physical education has seriously hindered the development of school physical education in china. The sports teacher is the implementation of physical education in rural schools, plays an important role in the development of rural school physical education, especially the sports teachers professional quality, reasonable structure. So to build a reasonable PE teachers is a pressing matter of the moment to solve the rural school sports development.Jilin province is located in the northeast region of China, due to the regional differences in Jilin province experienced serious seasonal differences, winter and summer temperature larger, resulting in half a year PE spent in cold climate, hindered the development of school sports, in addition to the rural economy is relatively backward, hindered the rural sports the renewal of teachers. So the long-term influence of double factors, the stability of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Jilin province has suffered serious damage, according to the structure of the author uses questionnaire survey, literature, expert interviews, field surveys and other methods of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Jilin province rural teachers to conduct a comprehensive investigation, in order to stabilize sports teachers the structure of the rural primary and middle schools in Jilin Province, so as to better development of Jilin province middle school sports.Through the investigation of the main draw the following conclusions:(1) the Jilin province rural primary and secondary school PE teacher development is not coordination, in the construction of teachers, teachers, teaching staff structure exist many problems.(2) in rural area of Jilin Province, the age structure of PE teachers in primary and middle schools into " U ", the basic approaches to the rational, but the proportion of PE Teachers’gender is not reasonable, the proportion of male teachers than female teachers.(3) the Jilin province rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers in some non-full-time teachers, education level is low, professional title evaluation unreasonable.(4) class Jilin province only19.2%PE teachers in the rural weekly hours only the provisions of the state normal hours, most of the PE teachers in class number more or less than the prescribed number of class.(5) the Jilin Province primary and secondary school physical education teachers on new curriculum to develop curriculum understanding degree is low, but the work of PE teachers in higher satisfaction.
