Since the end of the 20 th century,with the development of economic society and the renewal of education concept,the society has more and more demand for education resources,especially quality education resources,people pay unprecedented attention to the issue of education equity.With the deepening and development of basic education reform,the change of family and the improvement of female employment will and the development of trusteeship service market,people have more expectations for the traditional school hosting service in China.At present,many provinces and cities have launched after-school care services,which not only enrich the theoretical significance of educational management and education policy research,but also help to eliminate the disadvantages of examination-oriented education,improve the trusteeship service of primary school students and realize fair education.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,around the issue,research significance,research status,concept definition,research methods of the five aspects of school trusteeship of primary school students after the macro analysis to lay the foundation for follow-up study.The second part,from the education burden to make students in advance of school time,family changes in the background of students as a problem and the trusteeship service market development is not perfect three aspects of primary school students after school trusteeship the background.The third part,according to the survey and collection of questionnaires,interviews,mainly from the custody service supply and demand status(social demand,school willingness),hosting service implementation process(voluntary participation,hosting time,hosting curriculum,custody fee,supervision,conditional guarantee)and effect evaluation(student evaluation).The fourth part,from the analysis of the implementation status of the three primary schools after school trusteeship,found that the problems in the hostingservice after class: teachers pressure,teachers are difficult,the hosting service is single,lack of attraction,the trusteeship conditions of service,off-campus resources,inadequate supervision.The fifth part puts forward the improvement countermeasures: school should strengthen the subject consciousness and responsibility consciousness of trusteeship services,enrich the content of trusteeship services,and improve the form of after-school hosting service,strengthen the supervision of after-school trusteeship.
