The Study On The Characteristics Of The High Vocational Education

After recent years of developing,the high vocational education of Xilingol Vocational College has trained a large number of talents for economic and social development in Inner Mongolia.At the same time,it also formed its own characteristics.The feature of Xilingol high vocational education is formed in the process of its development and actively adapts to the local social economic and cultural characteristics.In addition to,it made great contribution to the local economic development and the inheritance of the national culture in combination of the local resources,economic and cultural aspects,through the joint efforts of school,government and enterprise.This article mainly takes the thought of Dewey's pragmatism and Huang yanpei's vocational education system as the theoretical basis.On the basis of the literature survey,the author had a deep interview with some leaders and managers and distributed questionnaires for the full-time teachers and college students in Xilingol vocational school so that to form the specific understanding for the high vocational education features of Xilingol vocational school.This thesis is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction.This part mainly includes the research background,present situation,significance,theoretical basis,thought and method of high vocational education in Xilingol vocational college.The second part explains what is the characteristics of high vocational education in Xilingol vocational college.The third part summarizes the problems in the aspect of teachers,education management and university-enterprise cooperation etc in the high vocational education of Xilingol vocational college.In the fourth part,the author proposes some advice theoretically in the perspective of school,enterprise and government indiindividually,for example.:further reform in institutional construction and teaching management;The local government actively develops policies and plays a leading role in the cooperation between production and teaching in high vocational education of Xilingol vocational college;The full participatation for the enterprise in the high vocational education.
