The success of teachers' work values is of great significance for teachers and colleges.For entering school teachers need to learn and set the right work values,and achieve a certain performance.For school,the school may adopt appropriate strategies and work values through appropriate incentives to help teachers to blend in and adapt to school as soon as possible,make the teacher individual behavior and school requirements,others expect to achieve consistently,the realization of ultimate performance improved.This paper in the perspective of individual,Dong guan three colleges' teachers as the research object,the teachers' perceived work values as the influencing factors,and to further analyze the work values influence on work performance,and reveals the adaptation for work in a mediation effect between work values and job performance.This article first to the college teachers' work values were reviewed,the research background and research status of systematic work values and work performance related theory;And then focus on teachers' perceived values and work performance,the relationship between the two variables of relational model,to establish two put forward this topic research hypothesis;Use questonnaire data validation study hypothesis:next work values have positive effects on teachers' work performance.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results,points out the shortcomings,puts forward the research prospect of the future,and puts forward some suggestions on the management of teachers.This paper discusses the impact of working values on the performance of work,and the ultimate aim is to improve the efficiency and level of school management from the perspective of working values.Therefore,in order to achieve a good work performance,the colleges' administrators should set their sights on establishing the right working values for college teachers.Through to the domestic and foreign about the college teachers' work values and work performance research and knowledge of the comb,dig deeper into the logical relationship between them and put forward the research hypothesis.With the method of mathematical statistics,using the knowledge of statistics to collect research on the relation between college teachers' work values and work performance effective questionnaire data analysis,so as to establish model of the relationship between work values and work performance:the influence of work values on work performance is done by various factors,it is the main research results in this paper.College teachers' work performance is good or bad depends on its values taken early in school work,institutionalized work values can make college teachers more quickly adapt to the school when entering school,but now many of the teachers in colleges cannot quickly adapt to the working life of the college,leading to poor work performance,the reason lies in insufficient college work in this respect.Judging from the research achievements of this paper,the colleges'managers can from the direction of work values,ways of thinking about how to effectively improve the work performance:one is the job of the reasonable planning and implementation of the pluralistic values cultivation;Second,we need to make more efforts to help the teachers in college to realize their work.
