With the continuous development of social economy,the demand for talents is growing in all walks of life.And by the degree of social status and salary difference makes the people on the basis of“a study on”also urgently want to be able to“academic”,which to a certain extent,promote the scale of development of education.Large schools were originally produced due to the government,expand the scale of the school is the government initiatives for the sake of fair,and hope that more people can enjoy the high quality education resources,and school scale in addition is not only to satisfy people's demand for high quality education resources but also in a sense is to increase the economies of scale.But,from the perspective of a large school reality development,it does not seem to have the government expected effect,but triggered a number of fairness,such as the unfair phenomenon of resources possession because of the resources concentration,in addition,also includes a lot of the problem on the education and management,like nces attention was low,and the campus safety trouble was great harm.So reduce large schools,solve the problem of uneven distribution of education resources is imminent,and in-depth analysis the reasons of the development and generate of large school and its exist practical difficulties can let us have a deeper understanding and make a deep reflection with the phenomenon of large school,and according to the existing problem to make a rationally countermeasure analysis,to makes it can have balanced development between the school and the school,also makes more and more people can enjoy high quality in the true sense of education resources,and make school education can obtain the real economies of scale.This article divides into three parts,the first part is introduction of generation and development of large schools,including three factors from schools,government and society to made a detailed instructions of large schools,and discussion schools were in the name of“scale”and“justice”to scale up and analysis of the development process with the game between stakeholders.This part is mainly to do a detailed introduction of large schools,to let us have a full understanding of large schools on the basis to make research analysis.The second part is to discuss the reality of the existence of large schools in two sections,including the adverse effects of education fairness and weaken the school educational function,and so on,and according to these practical problems to do the detailed analysis,it mentioned defects in the system of the current,such as the college entrance examination system and social security system,in addition also mentions the current social too fancy diploma,make people view education as investment even defense spending,so even people are still knows the danger of exam-oriented education,they also to get caught in prisoner's dilemma of education.However,found that the problem is not solve the problem is equal to do first,so in the third part,it's according to the situation of expansion of school scale is uncontrolled,from the crack of high quality teacher are too concentrated,attaches great importance to the market forces and develop the private education,and to change the way of management countermeasure to solve problem.And try the best to achieve a balanced allocation of education resources and unite with all forces that can be united to support the basic education career,and optimize the mode of school management so as to improve the efficiency of teaching management,and also has carried on the simple introduction of miniature schools abroad,maybe it can get the enlightenment of scale in our country,it's good for in-depth discussion for the size of the secondary school in our country as well as school-running mode and so on.
