Security Management On Large-scale Outdoor Sports Game

Big games have been held in China in recent years, the number of events, the scale of event and the internationalization degree rise year by year.However,According to the situation of the public security organ safety inspection in Chinan,2/3 of the events may have security problems.Large-scale sports event project gathered audience too much,and it were not easy to convey information, at the same time the crowd control is thin, so it were so easy to lead safety accidents.Therefore, it is more important, meaningful and timely to study the safety of the large-scale sports event project control.According to the theory of crisis management theory, the track cross three security theory and the heinrich causal chain theory, the major factors cause large sports event project safety including human,infrastructure factor, environment factor, management factor and so on. Comb through a lot of literature review of the four major factors for each relevant secondary influence factors, and carries on the analysis, dig deeper into the secondary factors influence on large-scale sports event project safety.Taking 2015 Xiamen international marathon project as an example, design corresponding questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation, through the form of questionnaire validation literature review of the factors affecting the safety of large sports projects.Through the issuance of questionnaires and recycling, found that the questionnaire reliability and validity of meet the relevant indicators, factor analysis found that the "human factor", "facilities factor", "environmental factors" and "management factors" are the main factors influencing the large-scale sports event project safety; Facilities, emergency and prevention ability, the scene environment, emergency capability, personnel responsibilities, social environment, traffic conditions, and ability of organization, safety consciousness, F11 control ability, reaction and personnel to the large-scale sports event project security.According to the results of empirical research, this study from the "people, facilities, environment, management" four aspects targeted to put forward to improve the safety level of large sports projects countermeasures and Suggestions.
