Nowadays,advocate to build a learning society,but also pay attention to individual self-study,the cultivation of lifelong learning,the traditional college physical education teaching,and teachers as the leading factor,teachers teach students as the main teaching form,flip the class teaching mode is given priority to with self-study,exploratory learning,mentoring is complementary,different from traditional teaching mode,is beneficial to cultivate the students' self-study ability and consciousness,college sports aerobics teaching at present is still in the blank of the project,flip the application effect of the class,need to pay attention to what is a problem worth studying.This article through to the Yangtze university public sports aerobics special four class made the 12 week flip the classroom teaching of experiment,and the periodic test before and after the experiment.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,experimental method,observational method,questionnaire investigation,reasons things out the statistics methods such as research,aiming at three experimental classes used to flip the classroom teaching mode of teaching,one that in comparative classes teaching with traditional teaching mode,and the different class take different teaching scene,by experiment data,the analysis of experimental results,at the same time to the students' interest in learning and classroom performance by did statistics and observation,finally draw the conclusion: in this paper,the four conclusions from the experiment results concluded:(1)Flip effect of classroom teaching is superior to traditional teachingStudents grasp,technology through technology for students to master the result can be concluded that the first stage of the three experimental classes test scores,there was no significant difference in the control group compared with significant differences in terms of class two,prove the mirrors and teaching situations with and without music is no mirror in the first stage in the short term to differences significant effect of teaching,and the third phase two classes scored an average test scores,there was no significant difference after the final test scores than that in comparative classes averages from low2.55 points to 0.872 points,flip effect of class teaching is superior to the traditional teaching.(2)Turn the classroom than traditional classroom to better cultivate students' comprehensive abilityThe student ability development,through the questionnaire and observation of students can be concluded that: turn the classroom teaching mode students after class to practice time significantly increased,will the students' learning process to expand to the class,the classroom atmosphere is more active,exploration of the communication between students is relatively common,more harmonious relationship,enhance the feelings between the classmate,flip the classroom teaching can help to comprehensive development of students' various aspects ability,compared to the traditional classroom more to motivate the students' learning enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.Compared with the traditional classroom,the experimental class students need the teacher use less teaching time to supervise the complete learning tasks,students by completing these tasks at the same time,cultivate students' teamwork,self-study,self-discipline,creativity.(3)To flip the classroom than traditional classroom can better stimulate students' interest in learningStudents to cultivate the students' interest,through the students' subjective feedback and communication,the students in experimental class learning not only stay in the classroom,more is to expand to the class,through the students initiative to view and video data,on the intuitive cognition of learning content and technical movement,actively participate in discussion and group exercises,delve into action formation change,moreover to create the group characteristics,not only to improve students' self-study and teamwork ability,and to a certain extent,inspired the students' interest in learning.(4)Turn the classroom than traditional classroom can better improve the efficiency of teachers' teachingTeachers' teaching efficiency,starting from the author's own teaching,flip the classroom teaching,can in time according to the student the deficiencies and proposed problems,more targeted the guidance of teachers,teachers' feedback also make the students understand their learning situation objectively and deficiency,learning efficiency is improved a lot.Not only is a kind of improved process to the student,but also to teachers and improve the process.At the same time,the students after class and practice to a certain extent,not only extended the practice time,practice show the questions in class and make more targeted.
