Research On The Cultivation Of Postgraduates' Academic Values

On the basis of focusing on the connotation of academic values,this paper is to investigate the current situation of postgraduates' academic values by using the method of literature and questionnaires,and following the research approaches of "asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems".From the aspects of theory,content,subject and environment,the paper is to analyze the reasons of academic dislocation and academic misconduct,so as to propose the countermeasures to the cultivation of postgraduate academic values.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,it expounds the related connotation of postgraduate's academic values.Taking the academic as the logical starting point of academic values,taking the values as the soul goal of academic values,the paper points out that academic values are the concentrated reflections of values in academic research activities,reflecting scholars' attitude choice,desire and pursuit towards academy and academic research,the core is the pursuit of truth-seeking,specifically rigorous,innovative,rational,cooperative and independent unity.And to points out the intrinsic relationship between academic values and
