Research On The Cultivation Of Socialist Core Values For Postgraduates In The New Era

Cultivating socialist core values is an important step and key link in building a strong socialist cultural country.It points out the direction for the cultivation of higher education talents in China.At present,our country enters the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,how to cultivate the socialist core values is put forward new instructions and new requirements.At the same time,the new era also makes new expectations for its effect and purpose.The graduate students are our country high quality and high knowledge talented person.They shoulder the important responsibility of national rejuvenation and national prosperity.It is of great significance to conduct value education for postgraduates.Under the background of the new era,the educational goals,educational conditions,educational environment and contradictory relations have all undergone profound changes.This background provides a new opportunity for graduate students to cultivate socialist core values.Taking the new characteristics and requirements of the new era as an important starting point,the research on the cultivation of socialist core values for postgraduates is conductive to further strengthening the highland of core values for postgraduated.It also provides some ideas and theoretical support for postgraduate education and ideological and political education.On the basis of explaning the relevant concepts of the cultivation of socialist core values for postgraduates in the new era,this paper highlights the new requirements for the cultivation of postgraduates in the new characteristics of the new era.It also explores the theoretical support and logical framework from five aspects:theoretical guidance,theoretical fulcrum,discipoline basis,ideological inheritance and theoretical reference.Through the empirical anaysis of prostgraduates cultivation of socialist core values,to examine the existing problems from the perspectives of cognition,emotion,will,belief and behavior of postgraduates.It is mainly manifested as unbalanced theoretical cognition between different disciplines,unstable emotional identity of some graduate students,insufficient firm will to overcome difficulties in practice,insufficient depth of core values and beliefs,and poor coordination between ideological cognition and practical behavior.According to the root causes of the problems,it is found that the main reasons are the lack of self-emphasis of graduatestudents,the insufficiency of books in education and teaching,and the optimization of the overall educational environment.According to causation by causation,this paper tries to explore the main ways of cultivating the socialist core values of postgraduates in the new era from three aspects: self-cultivation,educational guidance and educational environment optimization.It is expected to improve the initiative and consciousness,pertinence and effectiveness,sustainability and long-term effectiveness of cultivation through these cultivation paths.
