Research On The Standardization Of Sports Intangible Heritage Protection

Sports intangible heritage has been handed down from ancient times,with the value of fitness,health,culture and art.It's living environment has been squeezed with the acceleration of economic globalization and city advancement,and even has been seriously restricted by excessive industrialization and unscientific protection.Nowadays,it is an era in which standardization leads social development and has penetrated into every social aspect.Therefore it is urgent and important to promote the standardization of intangible heritage protection.To promote the standardization of sports intangible heritage protection,can keep the protection work in order,improve the protection quality and efficiency,and be conducive to its better inheritance and development.From the perspective of its protection status quo,the present paper utilizes the method of literature,expert interview,comparative analysis,logical analysis to analyze its necessity and feasibility.Based on the standard principle and written request,the system framework of protection standardization has been constructed and implementation steps and measures has been put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Many benefits will be brought in the process of standardization.Responsibilities will be clearly divided and the management system will be optimized;standards of protection unified,development of space balanced;the cost of protection reduced,the protection efficiency improved;the performance standard measured,evaluation system constructed;research field broadened,the theory of construction enriched.2.The construction of the sports intangible heritage protection standard system should keep to the following rules to be simplified and unified,comprehensive complete,well arranged in a good cooperation which is dynamic,open and be monitored and optimized.3.The sports intangible heritage protection standardization system can be constructed according to symbol standard,security standard and executive standard,and the last standard could be handled from seven aspects,namely,investigation,identification,recording,archiving,transmission,heritage and utilization.4.The standardization of sports intangible heritage protection can be carried out orderly to make development planning,construct the system,explore demonstration area,innovate action mechanism and continuously reform mode.In the process of implementation,we need do enough work in theoretical research,human resources development,talent team construction,supervision and evaluation system,operating mechanism and media publicity.
