A new teaching model and teaching methods on the new round of curriculum reform has great guiding significance,how to guide students to question the question,how to challenge the difficulties encountered in the study and investigation,how to learn in practice Is the educator should focus on thinking 。 The theory of cognitive elasticity is derived from the theory of cognitive learning and constructivism learning,but it is fundamentally different from the theory of the two,and the theory of cognitive elasticity is mainly applied to the structure Bad areas。In the field of track and field technology and there are many areas of poor knowledge of the structure,the cognitive elasticity theory applied to the track and field projects in the field of poor structure more reasonable to help learners solve the technical action learning process does not understand or can not correctly use Technical action.This model of teaching and traditional teaching model can more reflect the student’s dominant position,teachers ask questions,feedback information,learners through discussion,cooperation,self-analysis,and other information exchange and other ways to solve the problem.In this paper,to solve the practical problems as the support,the use of situational learning as the basis,to teaching objectives for the teaching design.In this paper,through the literature,expert interview,data analysis,experimental method,questionnaire survey,combined with the syllabus of this semester to Hubei University for Nationalities 2016 two physical education professional track and field students as the experimental object to study,The use of experimental classes and control classes for 14 weeks of teaching experiments to draw the following conclusions:(1)Through the study,it is found that under the mode of cognitive elasticity,the experimental class is superior to the control class for the average level of hurdling and jumping long jump,and the score of the experimental class is found according to the evaluation index of the hurdle and the long jump Are higher than the control class.(2)Cognitive elasticity model of education under the experimental class diversity(knowledge integration and unity and cooperation)performance is better than the traditional model of education under the control class.(3)the core ability of the experimental class(mainly observation,imagination,understanding)compared with the control class found: experimental class observation performance for the excellent 18,the observation class performance is excellent 8;imagination The number of outstanding students in the experimental class is 15,thenumber of excellent people in the control class is 8;comprehension of the experimental class of outstanding number of 16 people,the number of outstanding classes for the nine,and it can be seen that the performance of the experimental class is obviously better in the core ability of the experimental class.In the control class.
