As one of China's potential competitive sports,the 110-meter hurdle has been leading the development of Asian hurdles.In recent years,Chinese men's 110-meter hurdles have developed rapidly.Under the support of the project,Li Tong,Chen Yanhao,Liu Xiang and Shi Dongpeng,have been trained,and so on.There have been many excellent 110 m hurdlers in China.Their physical conditions are also very good,but they have not reached the achievement of Liu Xiang.Where is the reason? The study examines the development of China's hurdles from the current problems of local elite hurdlers and finds out some rules and characteristics of successful training.The study is based on the 7 athletes in the 2018 National Track and Field Grand Prix(Asian Games Competition)and the Xie Wenjun in the 110-meter hurdle of the2018 National Athletics Championships.The research uses literature methods,expert interviews,and video recordings.The analysis method analyzes the technical characteristics of domestic elite hurdlers.Using the high-speed camera(Z-camera),the hurdler's 5th and 10 th hurdle technical movements are fixed-point shooting,the shooting frequency is 50 Hz,and the high-speed camera(JVC9800)tracks the entire game of the athletes.The shooting frequency is 100 Hz,capturing Technical information throughout the game.At the same time,a high-speed video recorder(JVC9800)is used to capture the information of the athletes from the start to the first hurdle.This paper discusses the characteristics of the elite 110 m hurdlers in China,compares the technical parameters of the athletes,finds the difference between the different excellent hurdlers,and helps the coaches and athletes to find the problems,so as to carry out targeted training and improve,providing data reference for China's track and field team hurdles to prepare for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.The research shows that elite athletes have a strong awareness of attacking thehurdle in the start stages,short support time,fast angular speed of the swinging leg and knee joint,the distance between the upper hurdle and the lower hurdle is close to the ideal ratio,and the horizontal center of gravity of the body is fast.The ability of some local athletes to tap the technology and run the cross-phase combination needs to be strengthened.The first step of the first hurdle of hurdle 5 and 10 is statistically significant,indicating the difference in hurdles between athletes at different stages.In the flight stage,the maximum forward inclination Angle of elite athletes is large,and the fluctuation of center of gravity on the hurdle is small.The highest point of center of gravity on the hurdle appears in front of the hurdle,and the loss of center of gravity horizontal velocity is low.Some athletes have the problems of long time and unreasonable structure of hurdling technique.In the landing stage,the closer the distance between the projection of the center of gravity of the elite athletes and the tip of their feet is,the greater the proportion of the height of the center of gravity and the height is when they land on the lower hurdle of their bodies.Only when the Angle of the knee joint is large when they swing their legs to the ground and the Angle of the ground is large,can the athletes quickly turn to the running rhythm between the hurdles.Run stage between hurdles,the local athletes generally support than hang time slightly long,need to support as soon as possible to shorten the time,elite athletes hurdles between speed,maximum speed between hurdle number between more than 98% through the hurdles,slower between common hurdle,the Chinese athletes velocity ability is difficult to effective evaluation between hurdles.Compared with Xie Wenjun,other chinese athletes still need to improve their starting acceleration,special velocity maintaining ability and speed endurance.Some elite athletes show obvious deficiency in speed endurance.
