Research On The Innovation Driving Policy Of Sports And Tourism Industry Integration Development

In order to further accelerate the development of sports industry and promote sports consumption,the State Council in 2014 introduced the "on the promotion of sports industry to promote sports consumption of a number of opinions"(Guo Fa [2014] 46),once the development of China's sports industry to a climax.Sports tourism as an important demand for the public,the sports tourism industry as an important part of the sports industry,for the integration of sports and tourism industry development and has been widespread concern in the community.2016 National Tourism Administration and the State Sports General Administration jointly issued "on the development of sports tourism guidance",the introduction of the document to promote the integration of sports and tourism industry development.In order to clarify the dynamic mechanism of the integration of sports and tourism industry,this paper discusses from the perspective of innovation drive,the specific completion of the following research:Firstly,it explains the connotation,content and path of the integration of sports and tourism industry,the basic connotation,elements and mechanism of innovation drive,clarifies the relationship between the development of sports and tourism industry and the drive of innovation.Theoretical basis.Second,the use of policy tools analysis method,the document "on the development of sports tourism guidance" in-depth analysis,sort out the current integration of sports and tourism industry in China's policy environment;based on the questionnaire survey,China's sports and tourism Industry integration and development of the status quo were explained;Thirdly,the system dynamics model of the innovation and the development of the tourism industry is established,and the model simulation is carried out based on the questionnaire survey data.The main factors influencing the integration of the sports and tourism industry are identified from the perspective of system dynamics.Fourthly,based on the innovation of the sports-tourism industry,the innovation-driven policy proposal of the integration of sports and tourism industry from the perspective of the system is taken from the perspective of the system.
