Research On The Development Model And Practice Of Healthy Sports And Leisure Towns Based On Industry Integration

Industrial integration has become the trend of global economic development today,and has gradually become an important economic phenomenon in the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure.On the one hand,the party's “Nineteenth National Congress” report issued a mobilization order to “accelerate the construction of a strong sports country”.For this reason,the State Sports General Administration proposed a new model of “sports +” industrial development to promote the development of China's sports industry with related industries.On the other hand,with the transformation of China's economic development and the changes in population structure,traditional family pensions and government care for the elderly are increasingly unable to afford the heavy old-age service pressure.Therefore,driven by the dual factors of sports power and population aging,under the background of national attention and policy support,the realization of the integration of China's pension industry and sports industry is the common demand of the development of the two industries.Based on the analysis of the status quo and development model of the integration of the pension industry and the sports industry,this paper proposes that the healthy sports and leisure town is the best carrier for the integrated development of the pension industry and the sports industry.Healthy sports and leisure towns are a new mode of“sports+pension” industry integration and development,which can effectively integrate the development of pension industry and sports industry,and promote economic development while alleviating the pressure of old-age care and improving the health andold-age quality of the elderly.This paper summarizes and analyzes the development model of characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of spatial distribution,and divides the characteristic towns into urban town,suburban town and township town,and studies their administrative divisions and industrial orientation.Distribution characteristics and apply it to healthy sports and leisure towns,this paper divides the development model of healthy sports and leisure towns into “urban town”,“suburban town” and “township town”.These three types of healthy sports and leisure towns have been explored from four aspects: basic concept,spatial location,industrial orientation and construction mode.On this basis,by analyzing the advantages of using PPP mode to a healthy sports and leisure towns,a PPP model of healthy sports and leisure towns is proposed.
