With the continuous development of the basic education reform,the concept of student centered education is highly respected by all levels and all kinds of schools,and actively carry out the exploration and practice of teaching reform.In order to improve the teaching quality,various schools,disciplines experienced teachers of our district education system write a tutorial "Reading&comprehension,self detection,cooperative research,show,Stratified training,expansion and extension".24-word teaching mode is suitable for our district education development,its core is under the premise of autonomous learning,cooperative learning is the main part of the team,play the main role of students.Cooperative learning is the main teaching mode of the new curriculum reform.With the cooperative learning is widely used in all parts of the country,education researchers have made great achievements in the study of cooperative learning,put forward more teaching suggestions to the chemistry teachers actual teaching,and some regions based on cooperative learning teaching mode is widely used in some schools,put forward many good examples for teaching the new curriculum reform.This paper first analyzes the research progress at home and abroad of group cooperative learning,and then from two aspects of teachers and students,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms of investigation of the application of group cooperation in junior high school chemistry teaching in our region,and analyze the causes of the situation.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews with junior middle school chemistry teachers,the present situation of chemistry cooperative teaching in junior middle schools is:Teachers and students are all generally enjoy group cooperative teaching,and students enjoy more in chemistry cooperative learning.Teachers have a deeper understanding of the role of group cooperation in teaching,most teachers think that group cooperative learning can increase students' interest in chemistry and make the classroom more active.But there are also some shortcomings.Because the teacher of team teaching is still in the trial stage,some teacher in the classroom is not good to control,sometimes a mere formality,the overall progress of the classroom is a bit slow,students discuss deep not enough,the problem is not rigorous answer.These are the main problems that teachers are facing in the process of implementation.The causes of the present situation mainly exist in two aspects:first,the influence of teachers'own teaching ideas;second,the influence of school entrance pressure.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of their own teaching practice and the learning of students,under the guidance of the 24 word teaching mode the two teaching cases have been designed for my students,they are the?concentration of solution?and?Study on the modification of sodium hydroxide?Then select two experimental classes to carry out the experimental teaching,and finally verify the rationality of the teaching case design through the Pre-post test and interview records.Through the contrast test we find:the experimental class have a certain degree of improvement,average score increased by 11.09%,excellent rate increased by 6.06%which are all greater than the compared class 4.93%,3.12%;The failure rate has been reduced by 12.17%in experimental class which is lower than the compared class 2.8%,the compared class is 9.37%.The above indicate that:based on the 24-word teaching mode the good students have a chance to show themselves,deepen the understanding of knowledge and significantly improve the academic record;At the same time,for some poor grades students,under the leadership of their peers,they have a further understanding of the knowledge which they learn and improve their academic record.
