In the 21st century,cultivating innovative talents has become the focus of our education.To this end,the new curriculum reform called on teachers to teach the content and student life actually linked to the students to learn books outside the knowledge,more importantly,experience,activities and innovative thinking.The logical starting point of the three-dimensional objects is chemical knowledge,and the value of teaching lies in the pursuit of knowledge through the wisdom.In order to respond more effectively to the requirements of the new curriculum reform for teachers,and taking into account the characteristics of chemistry teaching,this paper puts forward the question to lead the 4S teaching model,that is,the problem-oriented teaching model refers to the situation by the situational guidance,self-exploration Succinct explanation problem solving,summary and promotion problem sublimation and other four links(referred to as 4S)constitute a concentrated embodiment of constructivist ideology teaching model this paper puts forward the question to lead the 4S teaching mode.It focuses on the students' studies,explores,discusses,cooperates,questions and so on.And helps to enhance students' awareness of participation,develop problems,solve problems.Through the research of this paper,we also give teachers some theoretical guidance and practical suggestions.This paper has five parts:The first part is the introduction.The author puts forward the reason of the topic selection,and then reviews the relevant theoretical research on the teaching mode and the domestic and foreign problems.The research ideas and research significance of this research are also briefly presented and elaborated.The second part is the overview and characteristics of the 4S teaching model.This part mainly summarizes the relevant definition points put forward by the predecessors,and makes a new definition of teaching mode and problem guidance according to the need of this article.And then on the author of the 4S teaching model of the steps,features and corresponding teaching design to elaborate.The third part is the theoretical basis of the study.Constructivism,Zone of Proximal Development,and Humanism Learning Theory support to lead the 4S teaching model.The fourth part is the application of 4S teaching model in practical teaching.First of all,the author studies the 4S teaching model of the teaching design,such as,The instructional design and curriculum standards&teaching process alignment.Secondly,the author examines the test of significant difference on achievement between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,as well as the students to do the questionnaire and interviews with teachers,from the above three aspects of research to lead the 4S teaching model in the actual teaching effect.The fifth part is the question leading to 4S teaching mode in the actual teaching of the recommendations and reflection.This part is mainly for the study of the problems and difficulties in giving recommendations,so that the model can be better in practice to promote the application.At the same time the author also on the study of the inadequacies of the reflection,to be further improved.
