The topic about education is an important part in our daily life.Education can not only influence a country but a people's fate,so every year on the“CPPCC”almost all representatives raise the same question.Among those questions the rural problem about education is the most brightest.The population of rural ranks almost half of the country,so the rural education is the first problem that need to solve.The development of China dependents on technology,technology's development lies in education.Rural area is the center which decide the whole China's.Recently years,with the economy's heavily develop,the step of urbanization is faster than before.But the problems such as rural school's “Empty nest”,the gap between city and village becomes more and more deep,the change of village's belief is beginning.Based on the current rural school's “Empty nest”,this paper firstly explains why choose this topic and the importance of it,then list the roots which lead to this problems.The second part is the comparison on education between China and foreign countries,through this part we can find some useful solutions for rural education.Finally,is the definitions of the key words and the ways that we use in this paper.The whole paper is divided into five parts.The first part include the background and meaning of the topic,the concept about “the right to be educated”and“Empty nest”,China and foreign countries' study on this field,the last is some methods which will use in this paper.The second part is the basic knowledge of rural compulsory education's “Empty nest school”,which includes three parts.First is the definition of “Empty nest school”and the features of it.Second is the relative category of “Empty nest school”.The third is the level which use for determining whether a rural school is the “Empty nest school”.The third part mainly describes the rural compulsory “Empty nest school”s reason and situation.The fourth part is the conclusion which comes from the research of the rural “Empty nest school”,Namely,the rural “Empty nest school”must be reserved,because of some poverty students' right to be educated.Then analyze the the necessity and possibility which exist.The last is the solutions which use to raise the quality of rural schools which includes change the education goal of rural school;Second,the active actions of school and society.;setting up the juice chance of education which aim at multivariant school;society give more care and support of rural school;pushing reforming of basis education;reinforcing the overseeing of dropping up;changing the concept of education;promoting the right education consciousness.
