"Compulsory education curriculum standards" pointed out: "the art of art curriculum with the socialist core value system as a guide,to carry forward the excellent Chinese culture and strive to reflect the requirements of quality education, and clearly think to have the visual arts curriculum, practice and humanities. Thus, in the primary school art teaching reflection on students' intelligence,must put up a pageantry of emotional experience, social responsibility, artistic creation ability of comprehensive mining, must spare no effort to focus on the dual cultivation of students' humanities spirit and core competence, must actively encourage and advocate interdisciplinary interaction and integration of knowledge, must fully implement the basic strategy in education children as the core, which is dominated by school, family participation.Part ?: introduction. First of all, the author puts forward the reason of choosing the concept of "whole person education in primary school art teaching" as the research content and its value in practical application. Secondly, this paper introduces the current research status of the subject (domestic, foreign and researchers themselves), and a relatively comprehensive review of the relevant literature. Third, define the concept of"whole person education" and "primary school art curriculum". Fourth, the research goal,the research content and the problems to be solved, the research methods, technical route and experimental scheme are expounded.The second part: Based on the research object (principals, teachers and students,parents groups), using questionnaire and exchanges, to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the present situation of art teaching in primary school, and the corresponding summary.The third part: To explore some of the main problems in the art teaching of primary school, the causes of data analysis, refining the relevant views.The fourth part: the application of the concept of "whole person education" in the art class teaching of primary school. In a case study to reflect and summarize the main means of the practice of emotional intelligence strategy, inquiry teaching practice can try expanding strategy, interdisciplinary awareness strategies, strategies, open classroom art rendering strategy, encourage evaluation strategies and emotional investment strategy.
