In recent years, "core accomplishment" has become a hot issue that has been widely discussed by the educational circles at home and abroad. The core accomplishment has been put into the mathematics discipline, and the mathematics literacy has been paid much attention by the mathematics education researchers and teachers. In the revision of high school mathematics curriculum standards, the author puts forward six core qualities:"mathematical abstraction", "logical reasoning", "mathematical modeling", "intuitive imagination", "mathematical operation" and "data analysis". The "mathematical ion" as the first of six core mathematics literacy, has very important significance for students' learning and development, so it is necessary to study how to train students'mathematical abstract quality in mathematics teaching.As the concept formation process is the most typical mathematical abstract process,this paper aims to study how to cultivate students' mathematical abstract literacy in mathematics concept teaching. Based on reading the relevant literature, combined with the educational practice in senior high school, the concept of plane vector teaching as an example, through the investigation and analysis of the teaching situation, grasp the present training situation of mathematics abstract literacy of senior high school students and problems in math class. On the basis of related teaching theory and teaching practice in high school,to puts forward some pertinent teaching strategies on how to train high school students' mathematical abstract literacy in concept teaching, and applied to the actual teaching experiment, through students' learning feedback to verify the relevant conclusions.The survey shows that the teachers by the college entrance examination oriented and so many factors,cause pay much attention to calculation and results in the concept of plane vector teaching, while ignoring the concept and process of teaching. It is easy for students to understand and master the vector to stay in the shallow using formula and mechanical operation. The mode of teaching is single and formal, students have less chance to form the inner experience and creative activities in the process of active participation, and only passively accept the teacher's knowledge, resulting in students'mathematical thinking and methods are not in place, thus affecting the formation and mastery of concepts, is not conducive to the cultivation of mathematical abstract literacy.Based on the survey results, this paper puts forward several strategies for developing students' mathematical abstract literacy in the teaching of mathematical concepts: With perceptual material and visual material as the premise and foundation of mastering the concept; Grasp the basic routine of mathematical abstract, and make students experience the whole process of mathematical abstract; In the process of teaching, highlight the essential characteristics of the concept, correct and full use of variants; Make rational use of past knowledge and experience, use proper examples and counter examples properly,and make proper comparisons; Let students use language correctly to express concepts and clarify the essential features of the concepts. The above strategies are used in comparative experimental teaching,the results show that there is a certain teaching effect:the classroom learning atmosphere is active, students' learning interest and participation are higher. Students' understanding of the concept is more clear and profound, and the academic performance has been improved obviously.
