In New Media Era, digital reading as a new and popular reading form, has been favored by more and more readers, especially college students. However, the existing problems of digital reading media in terms of the technology, reading content and reading environment, have made the phenomenon of "shallow reading" and"utilitarian" very common in college students' digital reading process.Focusing on these issues, this study started with the psychological and behavior factors which influenced the development of college students' digital reading literacy,summarized the structural system of digital reading literacy through lots of literature research. Based on the theory of technology acceptance model, reading motivation and perceived risk, the author constructed the influential factor model of college students'digital reading literacy development. At the same time, it selected the college student in Central China Normal University as the object of this study, and interviewed some college students' digital reading literacy. Then, the questionnaire on the development of digital reading literacy of college students was designed. The data of the valid questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 22 and Amos 22. This analysis included descriptive statistical analysis, initial model fitting verification, path analysis on the influencing factors, aimed to explore the factors that affect the development of college students'digital literacy and the potential relationships between them.In this study, the following conclusions were found by structural equation model analysis:(1) Students' perceived risk has a significant negative impact on their reading intention;(2) Students' perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure have a significant positive effect on their reading intention;(3) Students' reading efficacy and perceived pleasure have a significant positive impact on the improvement of their reading literacy;(4) The positive effect of students' reading intention as perceived risk, perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure on the improvement of their reading literacy is not obvious;(5) Students' reading engagement, as a mediator of their reading intention,reading efficiency and perceived pleasure, has significant positive effects on the improvement of their reading literacy;(6) Among the factors involved in this study, students' reading efficiency has the greatest influence on the improvement of their reading literacy.Based on the above conclusions, this article attempted to put forward some constructive suggestions for the development of digital reading literacy of college students from the perspective of several key influential factors, such as perceived pleasure, reading efficiency, reading engagement; and to lay a certain theoretical reference value for the further study of college students' digital reading literacy.
