Research On The Influence Of New Media On The Management Work Of Vocational Students

In recent years,with the rapid development of science and the society,the New Media has been improved unprecedentedly and it has gradually become an important tool for vocational students to exchange,entertainment and study.The popularity of New Media has brought great impact on the management of students in vocational Colleges.On the one hand,the New Media,with its great amount of information and convenience,has become an important channel for vocational students to obtain information and communicate.Meanwhile,for the teachers of vocational students management,the New Media makes it possible to comprehensively aware students' current ideological trends,tendency and possible problems,provide a new environment for their work innovation,and it's advantages in technology innovate management mode of vocational students,bring opportunities to the vocational students management work.From on the other hand,the New Media causes a profound impact on the outlook of world,life and value of vocational students,which brings many new and unprecedented problems and challenges to the student management work in vocational Colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to research on the vocational students management work under the influence of New Media.This paper uses multidisciplinary theory of social psychology,educational psychology,pedagogy,management science,etc.,and combined with the questionnaire of investigating the using of New Media in the vocational students to analyze the status and reasons of New Media's popularity in the vocational students,and puts forward the suggestions of how to innovate the vocational students work in the New Media environment.This paper aims to study the influence brought by the New Media studies to the student management work in higher vocational colleges and work on how the vocational students management workers use the New Media,with the help of scientific methods and principles to strengthen the management of vocational students,optimize the management methods.This kind of study can help to explore the practice of vocational students on the New Media background.Besides,by exploring how to use open,interactive New Media to stimulate students' interests in learning,training the ability of creative thinking and solving practical problems can improve the effect of students work in higher vocational colleges.
