Therefore, the students in the higher occupation collegesemployment situation has a great realistic significance to research.The study of higher education from the aspects of theory, universal values, the characteristics ofhigher vocational education.Firstly, in the multiple dimensions of gender, nationality, educational systemand so on, statistics the employment data of Karamay Vocational and Technical College in recent years,finding out some potential relationship, from point to area, a combination of quantitative research andmethods qualitative research, researched the close link between Higher Vocational College Students’employment view and employment status, further proof that the employment outlook is the importantinternal factors influencing the employment of the higher vocational college; Secondly, as the basis of datain employment situation graduates of Karamay Vocational and Technical College in the past two years,discussed mentality of employment state of mind in higher vocational education and further clarifying thereasons of vocational students did not form good employment view, found that the special nature of the oilindustry school, extracted the vocational college students in thought and attitude to study and work,reflects the interact force between the employment outlook and directions from the side, a preliminarydiscussion of some of the basic factors that influence the vocational graduates; then, the paper enterpriseconsciousness from Karamay Vocational and Technical College’ survey results, focusing on the level ofemployment, choosing career, entrepreneurship, discussed issues related to entrepreneurship andpromoting employment.Step by step in this study, according to the different professional reasons for leaving career, theturnover rate, the employment unit type, employment areas, employment information channels, includingstudents’ social values and academic achievements and other information, from the macro and micro levelrespectively analyzes the main problems in view of employment. On this basis, discusses the social, school,family and oneself and other factors on the impact of Higher Vocational College Students’ employment andconstraints, found out the reason of lacking higher vocational college graduates employment outlook andevaluate effectiveness.Through comprehensive analysis, this research gives guidance for graduates from higher vocationalcolleges to establish the correct employment view, some countermeasures of vocational college students toestablish correct scientific outlook on employment way, establish vocational college students employmentconcept education system, improve employment quality supervision and assessment system of measuresand how to make students understand themselves to the effective occupation planning.Analysis of theseattempts, to a certain extent to the vocational college employment guidance work provides theoretical guidance and provide theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate the employment policy.
