A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Outlook On Career

With the expansion of higher education,the number of college graduates is increasing every year,and the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious.However,in the process of choosing a job,there are many problems,such as high expectations and low abilities,lacking psychological preparations for choosing a job,utilitarianism and so on.In order to analyze the reasons of these problems,this paper will take the outlook on career as the starting point,and put forward targeted countermeasures to the problems existing in the college students' outlook on career,which can promote college students to establish a correct view of outlook on career,and provide some help to solve the problems of college students' employment difficulties.This article elaborates the problems and proposes countermeasures of college students' outlook on career from five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the background,the research status at home and abroad in recent years,the research methods,and the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The second part is the basic problem of the concept of outlook on career,including the basic connotation of the outlook on career,and the basic connotation of education of outlook on career,the composition of the education of outlook on career,and the necessity of the education of outlook on career.The third part is the theoretical basis of the study,including the Marxist Theory on the education of outlook on career,the theory on the education of outlook on career in ideological and political education,and Maslow's hierarchy of need.The fourth part is the problems and reasons of education of college students' outlook on career.Through questionnaires,the basic situation and problems of college students' outlook on are understood.This study carries on the analysis from the university,society,family and individual.The fifth part is the countermeasures to strengthen the education of college students' outlook on career.This paper makes an analysis from the aspects of university,society,family and individual,and proceeds from various aspects to form complementary advantages.Finally,it strengthens the education of college students' outlook on career and guides them to get active employment.At the same time,people should take into account the needs of society and effectively promote social development and national progress.
