Today, campus soccer has started in all parts of China and the number of participants is on the rise,enough to show that its influence is increasing gradually [2]. Henan, Luoyang province football development in the forefront of the country, Luoyang was named the national campus football pilot city, Jianxi district has also been named the national campus football demonstration area. Luoyang City Campus football activities, will promote the Henan Province Sport into a new historical period, in 2013, Luoyang City East high school won the championship in the seventeenth session of the National Football League school Cup ", Luoyang second Xigong primary school won the championship in 2015 at the thirtieth session of the Lianyungang lottery -spring cup" national youth football, however not only the junior middle school stage in the national competitions won the champion. This caused a lot of thinking, this paper will rely on the campus of Luoyang city junior high school football football pilot school at the same time,experts,bureau of education and Sports Leadership and the school leadership on campus football visits, research, to allow more children to participate in football activities to improve the Luoyang city junior middle school students' physical quality training.
