The Campus Football Characteristic School Of Yongcheng Carry Out The Football Sports Present Situation Analysis

Since February 2015,the central comprehensively deepen reform leading group examined and approved "the reform and development of Chinese football overall scheme",reform and development of football has risen to national strategy level.In order to implement the overall reform,in August 2015,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China has released findings from 8627 primary and secondary schools with football characteristic,YongCheng has 13 schools.The main methods of this study are the questionnaire survey,field interviews and other research methods,and the research object is 12 primary and secondary schools with campus football features in YongCheng.The study aims to analyze about the present situation of the campus football activities,and find out the problems existing in the process.Thus research results for reference for the local decision,and provide material for related research.The results showed that:1.Most of the school leaders support the campus football activities,but lack of specific measures to carry out it.2.Although campus football coaches who are Physical education teachers have the age advantage,reasonable age structure and most of the PE teachers are highly educated,but most of them are non-professional,football referee card situation is not ideal,teachers'quantity is less,the technical level still need to improve.3.The enthusiasm of the team members to participate in football is very high,but the members lack the scientific and reasonable football training plan.4.The parents on the campus football activities is a lack of basic knowledge and correct understanding.5.The inadequate funding,equipment and facilities is the present situation of the campus football activities.6.And the problems existing in the campus football activities are inadequate games between schools and internal school,imperfect competition system,and the lack of communication between players and football teachers.To solve above problems,the author put forward the following Suggestions:1.Strengthen the management of the school leader training and the training related to campus football activities.2.To strengthen communication between the football professional and non-professional teachers,and organize regular football training for physical education teachers.3.The team members should arrange the frequency of training and training time scientifically and reasonably.4.Change the parents' understanding of the campus football activities,and let parents to deeper understanding of the campus football activities by increasing the propaganda.5.To further increase investment in the campus football activities,ensure the number of football equipment,and carry out the teaching combined with training truly.6.Increase the football games and rich the form of football match,constantly improving the campus football league system.
