With the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, the rapid spread of teaching philosophy and teaching model has been innovative, and thus the standard physical education and health programs, school physical education curriculum reform and implementation of common practice in the country, so as to provide a school physical education curriculum reform A wide range of new ideas.In recent years a large recess physical activity is the basis of the traditional calisthenics, in order to further strengthen the school culture and school sports management, and ultimately protect the health of students made the development of new forms of organization of sports activities. Large recess school sports activities directly aimed at students with a healthy body and pleasure to put into learning life, both an open heart, ease the pressure of study, exercise, team spirit, but also the efficiency of the follow-up study. Compared with the traditional calisthenics, large recess activity time from the past 20 minutes extended to 30-1 hours a day; activities and more traditional sports, such as an increase to enable students to get a full heart decompression; Organization form of life, such as team work etc., raised the enthusiasm of the students; moderate-intensity activity for students to get physical exercise at the same time, to the best effort to complete the learning task.This paper uses literature, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and investigation, of Luoyang City High School Sports in the large recess status quo as the research object, Luoyang City high school teachers and 10 students a questionnaire investigation, concluded the final analysis put forward their own point of view, large recess for middle school and further healthy development of sports activities, has a certain theoretical significance. Survey results showed that: First: Luoyang City high school sports activities during recess too large relatively smoothly, both quantity and quality, whether in the form or content, of Luoyang City High School have been carried out to explore and try, and the formation of a group of schools characteristics of their own, becoming one of the best and the typical school. The second: Luoyang City high school students to participate in the activities of a large recess a more positive attitude, motivation is essentially involved in more positive and rational, 60% of the students are like big recess activities, and hope that through a large recess activities to exercise, and to enrich their school life, which is very good on the one hand, physical activity during recess is a great recognition of the sports activities, and students can actively into the activities. However, along with about 7% of students do not care for large recess activities, 6% of the students do not like big recess activities, which need our physical education teacher, class teacher and the ideological guardians of further education and guidance, to able to participate actively in sports activities to a large recess. Third, some high school in Luoyang City in the form, most of the schools surveyed during the event must first large recess arranged activities, other activities focus on basketball, football, aerobics these traditional sports projects, and these are also the teaching of PE class content. Of course, there is no lack of them outstanding. Fourth, the Luoyang City high school as sports facilities, physical education facilities, and other factors are not equivalent, while a large inter-school sporting event between classes is not balanced.
