In recent years,social work in the government to support efforts to increase the demand for social services increased in the context of a larger space for development and development effectiveness,but compared with the Western regions,it is still insufficient,the professional personnel Constructionl need to develop further and upgrade higher as talent support of a institution.The construction of social work professional personnel team in the past three years of government work report as of 2017,wich embodies the necessity and urgency of professional construction about the social work.However,our country is lack of professional talents,the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued "on the promotion of the development of private social work agencies to inform" and to promote university teachers to lead the social work agencies in 2009,the institutional model of China's most social development of social institutions as a unique landscape.University of social work institutions in the absence of foreign experience,it needs to do the localization of personnel development and development experience and strategic exploration to meet the large number of colleges and universities to lead the construction of social work institutions,the pattern of talent needs.Based on the theory of synergetics,this study takes B Social Work Organization as the research case,regards the personnel team of B social worker as the whole system,the college teachers,college interns and institutional specialists as the three main bodies.In order to achieve the purpose of collaborative development of personnel through sharing of resources,complementary advantages,and ultimately.It aims to explore the status quo of the collaborative development mode of the talented person.Through the actual participation in the observation and the different subjects of the in-depth interviews and found that the collaborative development model of the talent team can benefit both parties:college teachers can enrich teaching cases and life experience,college interns can complete the training programs in the practice of the task,and the agency full-time staff is not only able to get the professional support of highly efficient teachers,but also get effective interns a certain degree of human support.However,the development of the mode still has some problems,such as that the university interns attention is low faceing for this type of "arranged" about internships.Resource utilization for college teachers is low.The staff of the allocation is unreasonable and internship system is to be Perfect.As for this,writer trys to improve the institutions and schools from the improvement of the internship system,the introduction of Hong Kong and other social workers in the development of mature areas of supervision of personnel,innovative ways and means of supervision,as well as strengthen the communication and communication channels to optimize the development of the mode.
