With the deepening of the teaching reform and the advancement of the informationization process of vocational education,new technologies and the new teaching ideas have raised the challenge to the teachers.And the teachers have been pushed continuously to developed their informatization teaching abilities and professional development.In this thesis,the author first builds a framework of teachers' information teaching abilities in secondary vocational schools by adopting the means of literature surveys,including informatization teaching attitude and awareness,informatization instructional design ability,informatization teaching implementation ability,informatization teaching evaluation ability and informatization teaching monitoring ability.Secondly,the author conducts the survey from five dimensions,namely:informatization teaching attitude and awareness,informatization instructional design ability,informatization teaching implementation ability,informatization teaching evaluation ability and informatization teaching monitoring ability by adopting questionnaire surveys and interviews in order to find problems of informatization teaching abilities,including the inadequate understanding of informatization teaching,lack of awareness of encouraging students' informatization learning,less ability to acquire and develop teaching resources,lack of instructional design competencies of informatization teaching,incomplete informatization teaching evaluation.By analyzing the reasons of the above problems,the author finds that teachers' ages and subjects background have great influence on informationization teaching abilities;teachers are lack of systematic teaching and training;school informatization construction level affects teachers' informationization teaching;schools are lack of technical support service for teachers to carry out informatization teaching smoothly.At last,the author discusses strategies to develop teachers' informatization teaching abilities in Ningxia secondary vocational schools.Teachers should strengthen learning in order to enhance knowledge and abilities to implement informatization teaching.They needs to improve teaching reflective competence by writing education blog and studying excellent teaching plans,etc.Teachers of different schools or different disciplines need to strengthen communication and cooperation.What's more,schools should encourage teachers actively participate in the resource sharing of informatization teaching.Schools also should cooperate with the related companies to gain technical support and cultivate "double-qualified teachers".
