The speed of education informatization in China is accelerating with the updating and upgrading of Internet technology,connecting urban and rural with informatization as a bridge,Students in more regions will be able to enjoy high-quality educational resources.The key to promoting educational equity and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and regions is teachers with good informatization teaching ability.Y County actively promotes the development of county education informatization and has achieved certain results.Teachers’ informatization teaching ability has been improved.This research hopes to investigate the status quo of teachers’ informatization teaching ability in elementary and middle schools in County Y and the factors that affect the improvement of teachers’ informatization teaching ability,and propose ways and countermeasures to further improve teachers’ informatization teaching ability,which is important for further promoting regional informatization education.First of all,this research adopts the literature research method to understand the current domestic and foreign research in the field.Defining the basic concept of the informatization teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers,and grasp the relevant theories,research status and development trends of the research on the informatization teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers.The conduct of this research has laid a solid foundation.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey method,the primary and middle school teachers in Y County are selected as the survey objects.Based on the relevant research results of teachers’ informatization teaching ability at home and abroad,combined with the content of the "Information Technology Application Ability Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers",and at the same time,reference has been made to the content of the questionnaire verified by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,according to the implementation of the Y County Informatization Project The situation was compiled into a "Questionnaire on the Status Quo of Teachers’ Informatization Teaching Ability in Y County Primary and Secondary Schools." The content of the questionnaire mainly includes three parts: the basic situation of primary and secondary school teachers in Y County,the status quo of their abilities,and the factors that affect teachers’ information teaching ability.Thirdly,using statistical analysis methods to analyze the results of the questionnaire in detail,it found that there are problems in Y County’s primary and secondary school teachers’ information teaching ability.Through analysis,it is found that the overall level of teachers’ informatization teaching ability in Y County’s primary and secondary schools is not high,which is reflected in: teachers’ lack of willingness to apply informatization teaching,significant differences between urban and rural teachers’ informatization teaching abilities,teachers’ time and quality resource guarantee conditions Insufficient,mixed targets for training,and unsound training mechanisms are prominent problems.Finally,Suggestions are put forward to optimize teachers’ informatization teaching ability.As far as teachers are concerned,improve incentive measures,and increase teachers’ initiative and enthusiasm in using informatized teaching;Take the initiative to change the role and develop information teaching;Create a situation to highlight the meaning construction of classroom design;Be good at reflection and continuously improve the level of informatization teaching.As far as the government is concerned,improve informatization facilities in rural areas,establish a fixed-point assistance mechanism for cities and towns in rural areas,and increase attention to schools in rural areas.As far as schools are concerned,provide sufficient resources for teachers Time guarantee,supplement high-quality online teaching resources,strengthen the construction of online teaching courses and courseware,and optimize the guarantee conditions for teacher information teaching.Think about it from a training perspective,for different teacher groups,carry out special training activities,pay attention to training effects,improve training quality,and strengthen teacher information teaching Skills Training. |
