Over the past decade,the development of higher vocational education in our country has made great progress.At the same time,the problem of insufficient investment in higher vocational education at all levels is contradictory to the development strategy of higher vocational education in China.Therefore,the research on the investment mechanism of educational funds in higher vocational colleges has responded to the policy of the country to develop vocational education,which will help the vocational colleges to speed up the development of connotation and serve the local economy.This paper uses the "China Education Funds Statistical Yearbook",Jiangsu Province education budget statistics in 2010 to 2015,higher vocational education funding data,the use of literature review and data analysis of the relevant literature and data,through empirical analysis of Jiangsu The status quo of higher vocational education funds investment,the use of comparative research methods and other methods of higher vocational education funding mechanism for the existence of defects and their causes.And then put forward the construction of Jiangsu province higher vocational education funding guarantee mechanism.Not only for the development of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu has a positive meaning,but also for other parts of the country's higher vocational education funding also has some reference.This paper first reviews the various domestic and foreign literatures,analyzes the relevant theories about the investment in higher vocational education at home and abroad,summarizes the research results of predecessors,reviews the existing problems in this field,and then clarifies the research direction The Then,it analyzes the funding of higher vocational education in Jiangsu from the aspects of the development scale,the total amount of funds invested,the structure of fund investment and the expenditure structure of expenditure from Jiangsu higher vocational colleges.To explore the shortage of education funds in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges,investment structure is unreasonable and so on.Finally,according to the current problems of the investment of educational funds in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges,the author puts forward the guarantee mechanism of Jiangsu higher vocational education from the aspects of constructing the stable investment mechanism of education funding,the source expansion mechanism,the performance evaluation mechanism and the supervision and accountability mechanism.This article changes the traditional "level of speaking",the higher vocational education as an indispensable type of higher education to study,relative to the previous research theory based on innovation.At the same time,this article changes the traditional model of higher vocational colleges funding research mostly from the macro analysis of the model,the use of data analysis and empirical analysis,breaking the traditional macroeconomic analysis,and the specific research object to Jiangsu vocational colleges,The research results will be instructive on the investment of education in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu and other parts of the country.
