Preschool education informationization development in China,making the use of electronic media in the stage of early childhood education has become increasingly popular.Preschool teachers' teaching in the practical application of the electronic media has some deficiencies and negative situations.Therefore,the present situation of the reasonable application of electronic media is creating wisdom kindergarten can not be ignored.To study the status quo of preschool teachers' application of electronic media,choose a city kindergarten through the case study of field research as the main research methods,according to the selection of object of study,namely,the kindergarten,old teacher,and young teachers,using the depth interview method,observation method,literature method and physical method of collection and collecting a large number of interviews and data,analyzed the present situation of the application of the three types of teachers' group and put forward the optimization H kindergarten teachers teaching the application of electronic media strategy.Study found that the kindergarten's lack of certain information technology leadership,they were in the early childhood teachers teaching in the process of the application of electronic media,did not put forward strategic support policy,at the same time in the kindergarten informatization construction lack of some effective measures.Due to the lack of scientific concept of education informatization and old teacher guidance in the application of electronic media for teaching the rejection appeared in the process of application of electronic media and they had not information insufficiency of teaching skills.By the director in the management policy and the influence of old teacher,young teachers teaching in the application of electronic media,gradually was from the application of positive attitude into the application of negative attitude,at the same time,some young teachers appeared blind application of electronic media.Combined with analysis of the preschool education informationization,thought deeply about H kindergarten teacher the present situation of the application of electronic media,put forward five strategies of H kindergarten teachers' application,One,set up correct concept of informationization teaching,arouse the subjective initiative of teachers;Second,to increase capital investment about the electronic media,employment information talent;Three,pay attention to the effectiveness of the external information technology training,and improve the internal informationization training intensity;Fourth,to create the interactive situation of electronic media,and optimizing teaching process;Fifth,to strengthen the construction of electronic media teaching resources,and learning electronic media teaching software.
