With the continuous development of productive forces, the cause of early childhoodeducation is also in constant progress and improvement. Put forward different requirements ofthe structure of teachers social productivity level is different on early childhood education. Inrecent years, the teachers gender structure of preschool education has become the focus ofattention in academic circles. For a long time, a serious imbalance in kindergarten and teacherratio, which is the development of children’s personality formation and gendered is very bad,so the society of male teachers is increasing, more and more men into preschool educationteam become a kindergarten teacher. And the various social and environmental factors makethe kindergarten male teachers encounter various difficulties and pressure in the entry,thisnew emerging forces are rapidly losing. This situation prompted the kindergarten maleteachers more attention to male teachers, academic research has become more deeply.The structure of teachers in kindergarten, through the analysis of five male kindergartenteacher interviews, found them into the post adjustment problems, and puts forward sixstrategies to solve the problem. The first chapter of this paper introduces the contents andsignificance of the background, defines the research object, and through analysis of theliterature exist in the current structure of preschool teachers. The second chapter, through theinterviews of five male kindergarten teacher interview content classification and analysis, digout the kindergarten entry male teachers after the adjustment issues and causes. The thirdchapter, puts forward six strategies to solve adaptive problems kindergarten entry maleteachers: after the positive guidance of public opinion; male teachers guarantee mechanismcomplete; meet the actual use scheme; a male teachers effective training system; reasonablecare, comprehensive care; self support and construction of male teachers.Based on the actual research for the purpose, through real practice visits to kindergarteneducation work "ecru", in-depth understanding of the kindergarten male teachers to adapt tothe situation, occupation development and the entry of the psychological situation, analysis ofthe male teachers to adapt to a variety of problems and reasons in the process of the entry, andputs forward the strategies. The author in the process of in-depth reflection on the maleteacher induction after adjustment problems, a strong sense of male teachers as preschooleducation team in the important component, is playing a huge role, but its developmentprospect go15, which requires not only the male teachers to self, needs each aspect the power to support and help.
