Evalution Studies On Input And Putput Efficiency Of Colleges In Universities' And Empirical Research

With the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education,colleges and universities continue to expand,bringing many problems about unified management.At the same time,higher education funds increased year by year,however compared to the needs of higher education,the funds is stretched.And how the education funds distribute is the public concerned.Secondary College of input and output performance evaluation can realize the maximum efficiency of resource allocation and standardization of classification management on college.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a scientific and effective performance evaluation system,which is the need of the development of higher education,but also the requirements of the state and the public.This paper,from input and output perspective,evaluates the performance of the college.With extensive reference literature data and expert opinion,we can get the performance evaluation index system.Then using the data envelopment analysis method,this paper evaluates the colleges' performance and gives empirical research.Finally,the paper provides suggestions for the construction and development of colleges and universities,hoping to guide the development of future.
