| With the vigorous development of science and technology, big data technology has become the focus of attention, and big data is becoming valuable social and industrial resources, and it plays an important role in all walks of life. In the field of education, multi-data-driven teaching will be the mainstream of teaching practice in the future. Teachers can obtain diversified learning data through the data platform and various tools,reveal the hidden information such as student’s behavior and learning preference. Therefore, with the acquisition and identification of useful data and its ability to understand the information can be understood, data is gradually becoming teachers’ tool to carry out teaching practice, which has been one of the capacity requirements. Distance education teachers use the network platform to teach, which could use network platform to access data to complete learning activities. Therefore, in the view of the current status of education and distance education, carrying out distance education teachers’ data literacy training is a worthy in-depth research activity.In order to clarify the data literacy competence requirements and development strategies of distance education teachers,and to improve the skills of distance education teachers to use data-driven teaching ability,this paper adopts literature analysis, case study, inductive comparison,empirical research and other research methods , summarizes the present research situation of teachers’ data literacy both at home and abroad, and s the core elements of data literacy of distance education teachers;and constructs distance education teachers from the knowledge and skill level, teaching practice layer, teaching research layer and attitude consciousness layer four aspects, which provides a reasonable description framework for improving the data literacy ability of distance education teachers. At the same time, combined with the requirements of distance education teachers’ data literacy ability model, the distance education teacher syllabus and sample samples are designed, and the distance education teachers of the Open University of China are selected to carry out the training practice, aiming at training practice of data use ability rationally and effectively, and then to prepare for the development of data literacy for the future of domestic distance education teachers ,and to enhance the teaching capacity of distance education teachers to use data. |
