| With the continuous development and application of big data technology in the field of education,improving teachers’ data literacy ability and carrying out data literacy training are important prerequisites and guarantees for the effective development of the new paradigm of data-driven teaching.The "Key Points of the Ministry of Education’s Teacher Work in 2019" clearly pointed out that it is necessary to "innovate teacher training methods and improve the pertinence of training guidance".To further improve the pertinence,effectiveness,and applicability of data literacy training,this study is based on the sorting and analysis of domestic and foreign literature,combined with theories related to educational goals,data-driven decision-making and competency-based education,and taking the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept as the starting point of teacher data literacy training,we try to explore new models and new methods of data literacy training for middle school teachers,to effectively improve teachers’ data literacy and meet the new requirements of the new paradigm of data-driven teaching.This research focuses on three parts: training model construction,training design,and training practice.First,combined with the OBE structural model framework,the general model of teacher data literacy,and the Kirkpatrick evaluation model,a data literacy training model for middle school teachers based on OBE was constructed;secondly,the expected training objectives were determined through demand research,and the curriculum was reversely designed according to the objectives.Course resources,training programs,and training evaluation methods were developed;finally,relying on the teacher training project of H Middle School,the training practice was carried out by a combination of theoretical lectures and project practical exercises.The behavior performance before and after training to evaluate the effect of training implementation.Through the evaluation of the training practice effect,it is found that the data literacy training model for middle school teachers based on OBE can help the participating teachers to clarify the training objectives and directions,promote their summary and reflection on their learning and training and enhance the pertinence of the training.As a result,the level of teachers’ data literacy has been greatly improved.At the same time,this training model has also been widely recognized by participating teachers,which can provide a reference for exploring teachers’ data literacy training. |
